To create an environment in which our people feel supported, empowered and treated fairly, we rely on five strategic areas: Health and Safety, Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion, Transparency and Fairness, and Training and Development.

Our initiatives focus on inclusivity, as well as physical and psychological safety. We aim to create an environment where employees feel safe to share ideas and develop their skills.

In 2025, women represented 48,5% of our workforce and held 23 % of top management roles.

By the end of 2025, we earned the EDGE certification, a global benchmark for workplace fairness & inclusion.

This framework evaluates practices across four areas: representation, pay equity, career progression and cultural inclusivity.

This builds on earlier milestones, including the Equal-Salary certification obtained in Switzerland in 2021 and the signing of the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles in 2024. Our ambition is to continue this progress through targeted and measurable actions.
