Combining the chronograph's sportive nature with the collection's enduring sophistication, this 38 mm limited edition is crafted in white ceramic throughout the case and bracelet. Every surface is meticulously hand-finished with an alternation of satin-brushing and chamfering to reveal the Royal Oak’s distinctive architecture. The pink-tinted mother-of-pearl dial symbolises feminine energy, intuition and inner strength. Its soft iridescence brings depth and nuance to the timepiece, creating a harmonious dialogue between robustness and refinement.
CALIBRE 6401 A HOLISTIC EVOLUTION
Entirely developed in-house, Calibre 6401 continues Audemars Piguet's tradition of sporty complications while responding to contemporary expectations. A new-generation integrated chronograph movement, it is driven by precision, ergonomics and long-term performance.
Bringing together technical and aesthetic refinement, it features a patented vertical-clutch system that has been simplified to reduce the number of parts, allowing for smoother activation and enhanced reliability. Its redesigned layout offers optimal legibility, with the hour and minute counters positioned at 3 and 9 o’clock respectively, and the instant-jump date located between 4 and 5 o’clock.
The movement’s 22-carat pink gold oscillating weight and refined Haute Horlogerie decorations are visible through the sapphire caseback, whose titanium frame is engraved with “Limited Edition.”
THE ROYAL OAK CHRONOGRAPH A SPORTIVE LINEAGE
Introduced in 1997 for the Royal Oak’s 25th anniversary, the collection’s first chronograph (ref. 25860) combined the original model’s avant-garde design with the sophistication of a new movement. One of the thinnest selfwinding chronographs ever created, Calibre 2385 measured just 5.5 mm in thickness. Designed to measure elapsed time with precision, the chronograph has long been associated with the world of sport, where performance, timing and control are central. Today, the limited-edition Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph "Serena Williams" continues this legacy, honouring her achievements and the sense of empowerment she has gained through consistently seizing the moment.
