The five new Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Music Edition references in 37 and 43 mm are interpreted in different materials: two models in titanium, two in gemset 18-carat white gold and one in black ceramic.

They all feature a Tapisserie dial reproducing the motifs of an equaliser, knurled-textured studs reminiscent of jack plugs and crown guards inspired by the fader on mixing consoles.

Available in 37 and 43 mm, the two titanium models, limited to 500 pieces each, feature a blue Tapisserie dial that serves as a background for the colourful printed VU meter, creating a shimmering contrast.

The 37 mm model is endowed with enlarged polished bevels and a curved crystal similar to the 43 mm iteration – a design evolution debuted last year on the  43 mm Royal Oak Offshore line.

The new Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Music Edition line includes two white gold models in 37 and 43 mm, whose dial and bezel are set with an array of coloured “Harmony”-cut stones.

Both versions feature a blue aventurine dial depicting a musical VU meter. The ten colours composing the columns of the equaliser are invisibly set with various gemstones: rubies, peridots, tsavorites, as well as green, blue and orange sapphires.

The invisible setting is achieved by delicately incising tiny grooves in the stones, which are then meticulously snapped one by one into a hidden rail, giving the impression that they are holding on their own. An added challenge considering the thinness of the stones used on the dial.

Similar coloured stones (rubies, tsavorites, yellow, orange, green and blue sapphires) decorate the bezels of the two white gold models, harmoniously matching the shades of the equaliser. The gemstones also feature the “Harmony” cut – an industry first for larger stones – to echo the dial's play of light.

The five new Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Music Edition models are driven by two selfwinding hours, minutes and seconds movements without date indication in order to keep the coloured pattern of the dial in the spotlight: Calibre 5909 for the 37 mm references and Calibre 4309 for the 43 mm models.

The different timepieces are teamed with an interchangeable rubber strap matching the respective dial colour. It is the first time that the interchangeability system is featured on a 37 mm model.

The interchangeable blue rubber strap of the two 37 mm models is further decorated with a textured "mosaic effect" for added elegance.

The five timepieces all come with three additional interchangeable rubber straps in yellow, green and turquoise. The additional straps for the 37 models are also decorated with the "mosaic effect."
