Launched in 2023, the selfwinding Royal Oak Concept Split-Seconds Chronograph GMT Large Date brings this classic complication – one of the most complex to assemble and adjust – back to the fore with a futuristic aesthetic and a cutting-edge movement geared for performance. Did you know This high-tech timepiece is the second single split-seconds chronograph wristwatch ever created by Audemars Piguet.

The intricate split-seconds mechanism has been integrated into the thickness of the oscillating weight, making it visible on the caseback side – a first in the history of selfwinding watches. The watch offers two other practical functions: a GMT day/night indicator and a large date. 

Constantly looking for ways to improve your comfort, we have crafted an ultra-contemporary case that will fit seamlessly on your wrist. As a lover of detail, you will notice the symmetrical dial and all the different finishes that create the subtle contrasts and plays of light so dear to AP.

Last but not least, for a change of look, the black rubber strap can be replaced with a yellow or a red rubber strap – both supplied with the watch – thanks to the quick click and release interchangeable system ideal for the summer.
