A Kinetic Work of Art
Its faceted metal architecture, crafted in gold or titanium, reveals a hand‑selected natural stone dial encircled by an inner case that slides open thanks to a secret mechanism. A discreet double push‑piece enables the inner case to glide along its rail, unveiling the full beauty of the skeletonised Calibre 7501, whose bridges act as hour‑markers in a striking display of symmetry and transparency.
The movement has been entirely skeletonised by hand using a traditional hacksaw, showcasing a level of precision and patience that only a few artisans have mastered. Each openworked contour, polished angle and rhythmic void transforms the calibre into a sculptural object, elevating timekeeping to the level of kinetic art.
A Masterpiece of Architecture and Craftsmanship
Every detail of the Établisseurs Nomade reflects the mastery of the artisans behind it – from the carefully sawn, refined and polished stone elements to the faceted mesh outer case that frames the inner dial with architectural tension. The hand-wound Calibre 7501 takes the centre stage of this mechanical tableau with its openworked bridges and harmonious structure. The interplay of textures, metals and minerals creates a piece that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted in artisanal techniques.
